Fully Automatic Caustic Treatment System FACTS

Polyester fabric is processed in high temperature caustic soda solution, which processes the fabric to give it a soft, draping, silky finish.
Accurate loss rates are obtained through analyzer-based automatic control, and it can be easily reproduced in each batch. Commercial caustic soda can be used as-is, and initial concentration can be prepared easily, and used caustic soda treatment can be repeatedly used.

Fully Automatic Splittable Fiber Processing Machine FAMES

FAMES dissolves and removes Polyethylene terephthalate from sea-Island cotton yarn, and automatically extracts and splits the ultrafine fabric of Polypropylene.
When Polyethylene terephthalate components are fully dissolved and removed, process is automatically stopped. Therefore, ultrafine fabric obtained is not damaged at all.

Features

It controls extracting and splitting of ultrafine fabric (microfiber) from composite fiber (sea-island cotton yarn).
Completion of the process can be easily determined by linking an analyzer and computer to the processing machine. Treatment liquid that is collected can be reused. This helps in cost reduction.
Treatment liquid uses caustic soda only, and there is no need to use any other chemicals. Commercially available caustic soda can be used as it is.

Vacuum steam setter

It is widely used in various industries for heat treatment of textile items, wood, chemicals and other products.
It is especially used very extensively in textile industry for preventing the twisting of nylon, tetron, acetate-based, and other blended yarns, and for setting after the pleating process.

Manual FVS steam setter
When preventing twisting, , penetration of steam will be extremely uniform as a perfect vacuum is created. Due to vacuum heat treatment, texture of yarn is excellent, which makes it very easy to weave into fabric. Moreover, even colors can be achieved when dyeing.

Semi-automatic FMS steam setter
Except loading and unloading of the yarn, the entire process is automatic. Therefore, operators are free to work on multiple tasks.
